Who Can Join 

Broker Member 

Any person who at the time of the application for membership is licensed by the State Department of Real Estate as a real estate broker. They are actively engaged in the real estate business as the designated or employing broker of such business.

Salesperson Member 

Any person who at the time of the application for membership is licensed by the State Department of Real Estate as a real estate salesperson and is employed by a broker.

General Member 

Any person who supports the mission of the organization and wants to actively assist in achieving those goals. A General Member has the same voting rights as other members but may not hold the office of President, Vice-President, Second Vice-President, or President-elect.

Affiliate Member 

Any person who is in a real estate-related profession, occupation, or trade.
